2. Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping method and the courier's service. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Delivery charges will be included within your quotation where applicable.
4. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs or return of any damaged goods to assist with our investigation and resolution process.
7. International Delivery
